I was saddened by the abrupt demise of Michael Jackson, and I was thinking at the same time about the responsibilities of parents in the future life of their children.
It is because Michael Jackson didn-t have a childhood, and didn-t have a happy childhood, that this childhood became an obsession for him, running after the paradise lost of a lost childhood.
It is because his childhood was so painful, according to his own statements, that Michael Jackson fled to an illusory world.
This story of self-destruction is very sad indeed, and should remind all parents how important child education is, and how love, respect and understanding must be brought to the table while raising children, letting children enjoy and live fully their childhood in the love of a caring family.
While the passing of Michael Jackson is very sad, we hope that at last he has found this well-deserved peace of soul he had been longing for during his lifetime.
